He realy looking for price range of $200,000 or less (Just average maybe a little more) I see your homes… there are beautiful and I know my friend will love them. But, I don’t see location. Hello! Would you be able to build in NW Indiana (Porter Co.)? This price seems too good to be true! I am going to assume that this price is for lower grade materials? What would a realistic completed price be for this model with a basement? Thank you!
