We’re having an open house at two recently built Hallmark Homes in Pendleton Indiana!  Come by and see these two home plans in person on Sunday, August 15th.  The houses will be open between 1pm and 4pm.  Both homes are located in the Jefferson Place subdivision.  Just take I-69 to Exit 19, head West on State Road 38, it’s just 1 Mile to Jefferson Place.

    No. In fact, we’re one of the few “On Your Lot” builders that is completely “turn key”. We’ll take care of everything from the permits to the final inspection, clean up to the septic system.

    How long will it take?

    This is one of the most frequently asked questions we receive. Our computerized scheduling system tracks every step of your home’s progress both during and before construction begins. Below is an approximate timetable from the date a Construction Agreement is executed to the time you’re moving into your new Hallmark Home.

    Most of our customers obtain a construction/perm loan which handles both the construction and permanent financing. Closing and other loan costs can be added to your Construction Agreement if desired. Our team of experienced Sales Consultants can help you step by step in the financing process.

    As Indiana’s Leading “On Your Lot” builder, we’ve made building your home our job, not yours. When Hallmark builds your new home, we will not only build you a quality home at a fair price, we will complete all of the following Site Improvements which many other builders leave to the responsibility of the homeowner. Our Pre Production Department will see all of the necessary permits are obtained, arrange for the engineered Plot Plan and assure the necessary utilities are available on site.     Students from Ball State University put together a photo book from the Extreme Makeover: Home Edition build that Hallmark Homes built.  It’s got some really amazing photos in it and would make a great coffee table book or gift for anyone who was out volunteering on this project.
