Can you build the kingsport with a basement? If so what is the additional cost?

i would like a price on this home asap with a 3 car garage on the left of the house if you can. also all brick, and is there access to the dormer part of this house for storage?
can the master bedroom be made about 3 foot wider?
we have to be out of our home in november sometime and are very serious about this home, we have been looking at it for awhile.
i would like a price on all these changes asap.
after we get that, i would like to meet with a sales person asap. ty chris wilbur

Thank you, Wilbur. Ten years ago a woduerfnl man, such as yourself, saved my then 29-year-old sister from her recurring cancer. I am now on the donor registry, and hope that I may return the favor some day. She is free of cancer today because of a stranger’s selfless act of kindness.Big hugs to you and your family!!!
