I’m interested in the New Haven, specifically the first elevation pictured after the floor plan. I would want to add a full unfinished basement and a woodburning fireplace to the Great Room and will need pricing accordingly. Building in Boone County

Can you add a fireplace and a basement to this model or others? Also can you have this model but get the 3000 / 4000 options instead of the 2000 series features? Looking at building in Howard county. Thank you.
