August 15 Open House!
We’re having an open house at two recently built Hallmark Homes in Pendleton Indiana! Come by and see these two home plans in person on Sunday, August 15th. The houses will be open between 1pm and 4pm. Both homes are located in the Jefferson Place subdivision.

Students from Ball State University put together a photo book from the Extreme Makeover: Home Edition build that Hallmark Homes built. It’s got some really amazing photos in it and would make a great coffee table book or gift for anyone who was out volunteering on this project. CLICK HERE if you’re interested in purchasing the book!

In 2009, a team of students and professors from Ball State University worked with Indiana home builder Hallmark Homes offer a behind-the-scenes look at what it took to build a home in just days in Bunker Hill, Indiana.”
