All of our Quality Control Field Managers are highly trained professionals in the construction industry and adhere to the strictest of standards. We strive daily to not only meet, but exceed local and state building codes. In fact, we won’t close on your home until you’re 100% satisfied! Service After the Sale
Service before and after the sale is another mainstay philosophy at Hallmark. Our full time service department is ready to serve you throughout your warranty period. At 30 days, 11 months, and 23 months after you move in, we will conduct Periodic Inspections on your home to service any warranted claims. Additionally, we have a 24 hour Emergency Service in the unlikely event of an emergency. Our detailed Limited Builder’s Warranty describes in depth what constitutes workmanship and mechanical deficiencies so both you and our Service Team know what to expect when service is requested.
