Our homes start at $318,150 and range up to $417,100 depending on the floor plan you choose. We offer seven plans from 1,568 to 3,207 square feet, so there’s an option for a variety of budgets. Your final price depends on the plan, homesite, and any customizations you select.
How long does it take to build?
Most homes at The District are completed in approximately 5 to 9 months from contract to closing, depending on the plan, selections, and weather. If you choose our Quick Start path, we can break ground in as little as two weeks. The timeline is largely driven by how long you, as the customer, take to complete your design and selections process.
Can I customize my floor plan or choose my own finishes?
This is Hallmark — your home, your way. We offer three building paths depending on how much you want to personalize. Our Quick Start option gets you building in about two weeks but still allows 20+ unique, custom choices.. Our affordable custom option lets you choose from a full menu of pre-priced options and upgrades. And our fully flexible custom option gives you the freedom to modify floor plans and select any finishes you’d like. Every path delivers the same Hallmark quality.

What kind of warranty does Hallmark Homes offer?
We stand behind our work with a comprehensive new home warranty. This typically includes a 1-year workmanship warranty, a 2-year systems warranty covering electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, and a 10-year structural warranty. Our team is also available after move-in for any warranty service needs.
