Mackey is a town in Barton Township, Gibson County, Indiana. The population was 106 people according to the 2010 census. According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.1 square miles (0.2 km²), all of it land. As of the census of 2000, there were 60 households, and 40 families residing in the town. In 1968 Mackey High School consolidated with Francisco and Oakland City High Schools to form Waldo J. Wood Memorial Jr/Sr High School located in Oakland City.
