YES. Every home we build is considered “custom” whether it’s our plan or not. We can make unlimited changes to any of our standard plans, build from your plans or start from scratch from only your ideas! Where does Hallmark Homes build?

We currently build in most Indiana counties and several in Western Ohio. Contact a Sales Consultant or e-mail us for more information.

We don’t have land, can you help us find a suitable building site?
Of course! Our highly trained Sales Consultants are knowledgeable in the entire site selection process. From location to zoning, we’ll make sure you’re satisfied.
Some builders we’ve talked to require us to obtain our own permits and complete a lot of work on the house and homesite ourselves. Will we be required to do this with Hallmark?
No. In fact, we’re one of the few “On Your Lot” builders that is completely “turn key”. We’ll take care of everything from the permits to the final inspection, clean up to the septic system.
Are we responsible for our own financing?
Most of our customers obtain a construction/perm loan which handles both the construction and permanent financing. Closing and other loan costs can be added to your Construction Agreement if desired. Our team of experienced Sales Consultants can help you step by step in the financing process.
Do you have any homes other than your model homes we can see?

Yes. We have a program with past Hallmark customers where they allow us to bring new prospects into their home for those interested in their specific floor plan. We have dozens of home plans and styles available for viewing by appointment. Just contact us for a personal home tour!

Can you help with Financing?

As a full service homebuilder, Hallmark will gladly assist you in every step of the way. We work with a variety of lenders, which offer various mortgage products designed to suit your personal needs. Whether you have a lot of cash or a little, or using the equity in your building site as your down payment, our experienced Sales Consultants can make your new Hallmark Home not only a reality, but affordable too!

How much would my Property Taxes Cost?
