Hallmark Homes is Officially a Certified Graduate Builder

Anderson, IN, November 20, 2013– Hallmark Homes is proud to be a Certified Graduate Builder with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), a title that comes after hours of hard work and years of industry experience.

To earn this certification a builder must undergo a Builder Assessment Review, have at least two years of experience building, and complete courses in building technology, business finance, project management, sales, marketing, and safety. This certification helps builders to continually educate themselves to better understand today’s building industry.

This is Hallmark Homes’ second certification from the NAHB. In 2012 they also became a Certified Green Builder and are constantly looking for ways to improve their home building craft.

Hallmark Homes Inc. was started by Paul Schwinghammer and Derek Wilder in 1992 to help families looking for competitively priced quality built homes that offer unlimited customization. They build custom homes throughout the state of Indiana and have started expanding into bordering states.
