Whitestown – Access
Whitestown has been one of the fastest growing communities in the state for the past 10 years and for good reason. The District at Jackson Run has some of the best access in central Indiana. You are only 7 minutes to interstate 65. On 65 can get you to downtown Indianapolis, the airport and the Eagle Creek park area (which is one of our largest state parks), in less than 30 minutes. If you want to stay close and shop specialty, downtown Zionsville or Lebanon are only 15 minutes away. You’ll have great access to the northside of Indy, the best malls and great restaurants. Keep heading north on 65 to Lafayette or even Chicago in just a few hours, if you want to get-away and really shop!
Jackson Run – Convenience
Jackson Run is a one of a kind neighborhood. We like to think of it as city-close but country quiet. There will have paths leading to many great local amenities. There is a large park in the middle of the development. Across the street, we’ll have pathways that connect you directly to Lions Park and a newly designed 40 acre nature park. In addition, residents will have access to an amenity center with a pool and other community features. Just to the south will be a future mixed use area that will contain additional greenspace/parks and commercial amenities like coffee shops, ice cream shops and restaurants. East, work and play right where you live. If you do want to jump in the car, Jackson Run is 7 minutes from the Shoppes at Anson that offer all of your everyday conveniences Meijer, Lowes, Chick-Fil-A, Starbucks, gas and the ice cream shop (Fundaes) is just down the road towards Zionsville. You really don’t need to travel more than ten minutes for anything.
