Mechanicals
You have reached the Mechanical stage of construction. This stage can typically take up to two weeks because of city and company inspections that must occur.
Drywall, Masonry, Siding
Up to 2 weeks are devoted to hanging and finishing drywall. Depending on the square footage of your home, this process could take a little longer or get finished faster!
Paint, Trim, Cabinets
Now is when your house starts looking like a home! Your walls and trim will first be primed then painted. All cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms will be installed once painting is complete.

All of your flooring on hard surface areas are being installed! This includes laminate, hardwood, tile, or vinyl that you have selected for your home.
Finishes
The electrical, HVAC, and plumbing finishes are installed while drywall and paint final touch-ups are being made. Carpet and accessories will be coming soon. These are some of the final elements to be placed in your home.
